This is my third time staying at this residence, and each time the apartment is better than the last. Spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished, with beautiful wood accents. The owner, Filippo, is a wonderful person, kind and helpful. The location is quiet and just a stone's throw from the center. A superior property for the price. It's my go-to in Canazei.

Flats are cozi with everything you need, including, for some of them, a private yard with a wondwrful view. The residence position is probably the best of Canazei. Quiet and isolated but just 5 minutes walking from the center of the town

Location and residence #1, I've never seen anything better in all of Italy!
Spacious apartments equipped with every comfort, and the garden apartments offer plenty of privacy. One thing that could be improved, but certainly on the part of the Municipality of Canazei, is the access road, which is too narrow for both directions.
In any case, I'll be back in the winter, too. Very satisfied!!

Just steps from the center, in a very quiet location away from the valley's traffic. The manager is very helpful in solving any small problems or requests.

For years, the Villa Avisio residence has been our home when we come to Canazei. We've always had a wonderful experience. The owner, Mr. Filippo, is extremely kind and always ready to satisfy any needs or resolve any small issues. We spent 4 nights at this residence in Canazei. We were assisted at all times by Filippo, who is an extremely polite and cordial person. Perfect cleaning. Very complete equipment and in perfect condition. Very comfortable room. Ski storage with boot warmers. Although it seems remote, in 5 minutes you are in the center of the town on foot and the best for skiers is an excellent shuttle service to the gondola and pick-up on demand. Thank you very much. We would love to come back!

We've been choosing the Avisio Residence for many years, thanks to its excellent location, cleanliness, and the owner's kindness and helpfulness. Here you feel at home, the apartments are very comfortable, the view is wonderful, and it's just steps from the pool, which is handy on rainy days.

I believe that, absolutely, it combines the best quality/price ratio, managed excellently by Mr. Filippo, helpful, kind, capable. We have been his guests for 14 years, I could say a lovely, quiet place, convenient to the centre, the best.

Me and my friends enjoyed a lot our stay at Villa Avisio.
The apartments were big enough and clean. They look better than the pictures. Also we appreciate the fully equipped kitchen so we were able to cook our meals. We like the location, we like the driver Davide that provided rides to the main lift or in the city. Anyway, the main lift is just 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
Also, the host, Filippo, was very open to our requests and he provided apartments on the same floor for the whole big group.
We totally recommend this accommodation in Canazei if you want to ski in Dolomiti.
We may even return here.

The service, facilities and cleanliness are fine. The host very nice. Unfortunately the internet didn't work for most of the stay.

This place is a bit away from the main lift, however this is no problem at all, we were driven to the lift every morning and picked up again in the afternoon whereever in the city of Canazei we were. The apartment itself was also good, nothing fancy, but still good.

Nice place. A little bit too far away from ski slope, but you have driver there so it's not that bad.
